Hey everyone! Welcome to today’s Visit in Pictures! We’re coming to you from Disney World’s Magic Kingdom. For more Disney magic visit our Instagram: paging.mr.morrow
We started the day at Magic Kingdom. Main Street is currently under light construction. The buildings were still covered with some scaffolding.
Fun fact: right down this street in Main Street is one of the main cast member entrances/exits!
In a one of the side entrances to Fantasyland along the castle, you can meet Merida! If you haven’t been in a while they changed her meet-and-greet location. There isn’t an archery game anymore and we didn’t see her brothers.
After meeting Merida we wandered to Adventureland.
No adventure is complete without Dole Whip floats!
You can join Captain Jack’s crew outside of the Pirates of the Caribbean!
Alli would know.
Then, we got fastpasses for the World Famous Jungle Cruise!
The park wasn’t too busy at the beginning of the day in Frontierland.
The Golden Oak Outpost changed from serving poutine to chicken nuggets!
Then, we visited New Fantasyland to see everything Beauty and the Beast because we’re still emotional about how good the new movie was.
The wait times from Enchanted Tales with Belle was up to 50 minutes! (It’s usually around 20 minutes).
We had to thank Gaston for his hospitality in his village.
Fun Fact#2: You can go visit the Fairy Godmothers in Training in the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and get pixie-dusted.
Afterwards we joined the Move it Shake it Parade.
We came just in time for Mickey’s Royal Friendship Faire.
If you go straight from the 1:00 of the Friendship Faire to Liberty Square, you can catch the new Muppet’s show, Great Moments in American History!
Peter was not very happy that Alli turned pirate on him.
Go to Sleepy Hollow in Liberty Square to pick up a parade snack.
If you want attention from the characters without the crowd, watch the Festival of Fantasy parade from the seating in Sleepy Hollow. You’ll be able to see the parade cross the bridge, and the characters will give you more interaction.
The crowds after the parade vs. the crowds at the beginning of the day.
Thanks so much for joining us on our day in Magic Kingdom! We’re so excited to take you with us in the coming months. Don’t forget to follow @paging.mr.morrow and have a magical day!
