MIDSUMMER SCREAM, THE WORLD’S LARGEST HALLOWEEN AND HORROR CONVENTION

Midsummer Scream quickly became the San Diego Comic Con of the Halloween/Haunt world! Thousands of people come from far and wide to attend this massively successful convention to experience everything and anything halloween. It’s no surprise that the major players in the haunt world come to MSS to make major announcements for all the upcoming haunted attractions. This year is no different! Knott’s Scary Farm, Halloween Horror Nights, Queen Mary’s Dark Harbor all have announced their involvement in this years Midsummer Scream. In years past, there have been major maze announcements, major guests and even shocking additions to creative teams. Needless to say, MSS is one event you DO NOT WANT TO MISS if you love haunts and have a spooky heart like the rest of us! The Queen Mary’s Dark Harbor, Southern California’s most terrifyingly authentic haunt, will unveil its newest maze and highly anticipated 10-year celebrations at Midsummer Scream in Long Beach on Sunday, August 4 at 3:30pm.

Join the producers and directors of Dark Harbor for a featured presentation and discussion of all the new and exciting terrors for 2019. Be one of the first to learn all the spine-chilling details of the world-famous attractions’ 10 th anniversary and the tempestuous details on the NEWEST maze bringing fears to Dark Harbor nightly. The 2019 Dark Harbor team has some of most disturbing and creative minds in the haunt industry, with the August 4th panel welcoming:

Knott’s Scary Farm, the first and largest Halloween event in Southern California, will reveal exclusive and frightening new details for the return of its 47^th seasonduring a special appearance at the fan-favorite Halloween and horror event Midsummer Scream in Long Beach. The Knott’s Scary Farm team will hold an exclusive panel for fans featuring a few of the Scary Farm masterminds as they share an in-depth look behind some of the most popular mazes, including a sneak peek of a couple of new scenes and scares instore for 2019’s lineup. Fans in attendance are sure to enjoy this sneak peek into the eerie world of this year’s Knott’s Scary Farm!

The Midsummer Scream presentation will be held on Sunday, August 4, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. PST in the Grand Ballroom
