Knott’s Scary Farm 2021 Live Show Line-Up Announced!

Once again, Knott’s has released more information surrounding their 2021 return of Knott’s Scary Farm! This time, we learn about all the amazing live shows that will entertain guests as they traverse the mazes and scare zones.

Returning from it’s 2019 year, Puppet Up! Uncensored comes back to Scary Farm to make guests laugh from crazy and outrageous puppet improve. When this was initially announced in 2019, there was a bunch of hesitation from those of us who’d never heard of the show. But all it took was one show to convince us that it was truly the best show that Scary Farm has ever had at the event. Filled with crass and crude humor, it’s the perfect juxtaposition to the scary mazes and scare zones. We cannot wait to get our butts back in the seats to laugh at these puppets once again!

To give you a taste of what you can expect from this show, our friends over at Park Journey have the perfect video!

NEW FOR 2021

“Set in Calico 1986, Invitation to Terror is a digital illusion horror show which tells the story of Millionaire Tom Shackleford who is set to unveil his secret project that he promises will change the world. It’s going to be a killer party with plenty of terrifying surprises no one will ever see coming”

“The Witches summon you to a percussion ritual to awaken the dead. Hosted by evil hag of The Hollows, Wicked Drums arises high energy drumming colliding with ancient witchcraft in a sensory overload sure to raise your sprits.”

“The night comes alive at the stroke of midnight when the electric dance group takes the Fiesta Village stage. Dressed in colorful and vibrant colors, the lively dancers dazzle all with their moves set to high-energy music. It will leave you with no choice but to dance your feet off.”

“Your mind will melt at the sights and sounds of the Carnaval du Grotesque. Live bands provide the soundtrack for the creepiest company of performers to ever disgrace the stage.”

“Specially curated for our Scary Farm Fans, this show is home to a collection of original art by unique and talented artists from across the country.”

We’ve always said that Knott’s has always brought its A game in terms of entertainment. There is such a variety of shows that can entertain literally any guest who walks into the park. One noticeable absence from the line up of shows is…THE HANGING. For those of you who are unfamiliar, The Hanging was a stunt and comedy show that ran at Scary Farm for many many years. It was rude, crude, and hysterical. And many people found it to be a Scary Farm staple and thought it was untouchable. But in 2019, the show seemingly “came to an end” when the Law Man was hung and the witches enacted their revenge on the town of Calico. We here at Theme Park Duo call BULL CRAP! This show has got to come back in a new form sometime in the future…maybe for the 50th anniversary? But we believe this show will come back at some point, refreshed and revitalized to thrill guests again. And that simply because the good citizens of Calico are ready FOR A HANGING!

Regardless of the omission of The Hanging, this line up of shows is stellar and we are pumped and ready for Scary Farm to be here so we can smell the fog and hear the screams once again!

But what about Sarah Marshall? I Mean she had her revenge in 2019 for all the wrongs she has done, plus i think The Hanging was done after 46 years so i sense there’s gonna be a new shoe starring Sarah and her Tricksters and i won’t be surprised if The Overlord returns and shocked the Knott’s Scary Farm fans!
