Universal Orlando Resort reveals more gruesome details about the impending terror that awaits guests brave enough to face Halloween Horror Nights 2022 – including the six horrifying original concepts that complete this year’s lineup of 10 haunted houses, five sinister scare zones and two live shows. The event kicks off Friday, September 2 and runs select nights through October 31.
The most immersive Halloween experience in Southern California, Knott's Scary Farm, returns with unimaginable new scares and terrifying twists for its 49th frightful year. Every inch of the park transforms into everyone’s worst nightmare as the most horrendous monsters await around every corner ready to turn you into their next victim. This year, guests will come face to face with their most horrifying fears as they brave through the park’s 17 haunted experiences, including five spine-chilling scare zones, nine monstrous mazes, and three sinister shows. Knott's Scary Farm is back for 26 terrifying nights from September 22 – October 31.

The unveiling of the new Fiesta Village includes a reimagined Montezooma’s Revenge. The historic coaster will be renamed MonteZOOMa: The Forbidden Fortress, with an immersive storyline and new surprise thrills for its riders. Thirteenth Floor Entertainment Group, the producers of world-class live events and location-based entertainment experiences, today announced the highly anticipated return of one of LA’s most popular interactive events, Delusion. Officially open to the public on Thursday, September 15th, Thirteenth Floor and Director Jon Braver will once again bring his one-of-a-kind interactive horror theater series to life in the historic Phillips Estate with a new play titled Delusion: Valley of Hollows. Delving into an era never before explored in an interactive theater, the play will explore 1970’s American cults, with a supernatural twist.
Knott's Scary Farm has had a long history of vampire themed mazes. From Dominion of the Damned, Club Blood, Lore of the Vampire, or Lair of the Vampyre; fans who frequent the event seem to gobble up this type of theme faster than a blood thirsty vampire. It makes perfect sense that Knott's would continue the tradition of vampire mazes at Scary Farm with a whole new twist by utilizing the guns from Infected in their ALL NEW MAZE Bloodline 1842.
Outside of the multiple amazing haunted houses and incredibly fun scare zones at Knott's Scary Farm, a big part of the event is the vast array of entertainment offerings. Scary Farm has always done a great job at supporting its main attractions with entertainment that can easily attract all the guests traversing Scary Farm.
While the mazes of Scary Farm are the meat and potatoes of the event as a whole, the scare zones are truly the heart and soul of the event. Way back in 1973, the idea of scare zones was birthed completely by accident when talent was locked out of their peak-ins. Last week, Knott's Scary Farm announced all of its returning scare zones for the 2022 year.
